We will make every effort to have stock available to meet our orders however if a product is not available, then we will let you know and we can replace the item or refund you the purchase amount. Scent-Less may change the range of products available at any time.
all prices are in new zealand dollars. all prices specified are subject to change at any time without notification. we currently accept credit card payments via stripe, our payment gateway. your personal and financial details are securely encrypted to ensure your money and information stays safe when you pay with stripe. plus, your financial information is never shared. we never see or store your credit card details when you place an order with us. our checkout process is secured by https / tsl encryption. tls (transport layer).
we also accept direct bank deposit/transfer. just select this option at the checkout stage. please note that if the customer adds their funds to the wrong bank account and the correct number was provided by scent-less, then scent-less won’t be responsible for correcting the payment mistake. goods won’t be dispatched until such time as the funds have been received by the scent-Less
14 Day money back guarantee
scent-less will refund the product price (not including and shipping fees) if you are not satisfied with your product with 14 days of date of purchase as long as you:
- notify scent-less via email stating you wish to have a refund within 14 days of the purchase the date and
- return the product to us (so it is received by scent-less) within 21 days of purchase date. including an explanation of why you are dissatisfied so that we can rectify and any ongoing concerns with our product.
- a refund will be processed upon us receiving the goods.
Scent-Less takes your privacy seriously. We will not sell, trade or transfer any of your personal information to a third party without your permission. Your personal data will only be used to support your experience throughout this website, to manage access to your account, and for other purposes of completing your order only.
Orders can be cancelled if the goods have not been dispatched at the time the cancellation request is made. Please use our contact form if you wish to cancel your order, quoting your name, email address and order number. If the order has already been shipped, a cancellation may not be possible.
shipping and damaged goods
we endeavour to ship good within 1 business day. We accept responsibility for properly packaging and addressing the goods as instructed. Scent-less is not liable if the shipping address is incorrect at the time of checkout. if shipping overseas (to other countries than new zealand) please note that you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. in addition, your order may be subject to customs and clearance charges, which scent-less will not be responsible for. these charges may vary and are outside of our control. If your order is mislaid or you receive goods that have been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately (within 10 days) and we will work to rectify any such issues promptly.
By purchasing from this website, you consent to receive the electronic communications (email) from the Scent-Less. These communications will include: account status updates; order status updates and shipping status. From time to time we may send you an updates about products and/or special offers.
